Gai & I is based in Boulder County and is available for events and catering throughout Colorado.
Born from a love for Thai street food and a lifetime lived between cultures, Gai & I invites you to experience authentic flavors that are "same, same but different." Our menu, centered around craveable Thai BBQ, honors tradition while finding its unique authenticity in a blend of cultures, heritage, and identity as an Asian-American, LGBTQ+ owned concept.
The vision for Gai & I is a personal one, a blend of flavors and experiences from a life lived between two worlds. This concept is a testament to the idea that our stories—just like our food—are richer and more vibrant when we embrace all the unique ingredients that make us who we are.
